Son choix de quitter la chancellerie et de s\u2019investir davantage pour sa commune sur le plan politique est un v\u00e9ritable atout. S\u2019il se pr\u00e9sente maintenant, c\u2019est aussi parce que le maire actuel avait limit\u00e9 son action \u00e0 deux mandats (JdJ, 03.05.2018, \u00ab le deuxi\u00e8me sera le dernier \u00bb)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience dont Herv\u00e9 Gulloti b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie, le r\u00e9seau qu\u2019il s\u2019est construit durant ses ann\u00e9es au Grand Conseil, la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019il a acquise \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidence du Parlement cantonal, sa personnalit\u00e9 consensuelle, au-del\u00e0 des dogmatismes partisans, font de lui l\u2019homme dont Tramelan a besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre commune, le Jura bernois et le canton de Berne font face \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis n\u00e9cessitant un homme de conviction et de d\u00e9cision pour s\u2019engager \u00e0 leur r\u00e9solution. Son ancrage dans la vie professionnelle le rattache aux exigences de la bonne gouvernance d\u2019une entreprise telle qu\u2019une commune. Son \u00e2ge laisse pr\u00e9sager un engagement \u00e0 long terme pour la localit\u00e9. Herv\u00e9 Gullotti, malgr\u00e9 ses mandats politiques, est et sera \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de la population et ses besoins. Son engagement pour son village et ses habitants est r\u00e9el et vif. L\u2019actuel chancelier se profile pour reprendre la mairie de Tramelan au 1er janvier 2023.
